THE COUNTER SERVICE WILL REMAIN CLOSED AND WE WILL UPDATE OUR MEMBERS WHEN THIS IS LIKELY TO BE REINSTATED.

ANYONE WISHING TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH US CAN ALSO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IN THE SAME WAY.
AS WE ONLY HAVE A SMALL TEAM WORKING BEHIND THE SCENES, WE WOULD ASK THAT YOU DO NOT VISIT THE OFFICE UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS TO DO SO. WE WILL CONTINUE TO PROCESS ALL REGULAR DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY TRANSACTIONS AND TO RESPOND TO MEMBERS’ REQUESTS RECEIVED BY EMAIL, POST AND TELEPHONE.
OUR COUNTER SERVICE FOR CASH WITHDRAWALS REMAINS CLOSED. IF YOU REQUIRE CASH. WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH JERSEY POST TO PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE. THIS MEANS WE WILL GIVE YOU A CHEQUE WHICH THEY WILL THEN CASH FOR YOU AT THE BROAD STREET POST OFFICE ONLY.
IF YOU WISH TO MAKE USE OF THIS ARRANGEMENT TO GET CASH, YOU WILL TO PROVIDE US WITH A SIGNED AND WRITTEN INSTRUCTION. THIS CAN BE SENT TO US EITHER BY EMAIL OR POST OR BY DROPPING IT THROUGH OUR OFFICE LETTERBOX.
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST, WE WILL ARRANGE TO POST YOU A CHEQUE FOR THE AMOUNT YOU’VE ORDERED. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY SEND A CHEQUE IF YOU HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU NEED TO ENSURE WE HAVE YOUR CORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS.
THE CHEQUE CAN ONLY BE CASHED AT THE BROAD STREET POST OFFICE. PLEASE CALL THEM ON 616616 TO CHECK THEIR OPENING TIMES. YOU WILL NEED TO PRODUCE PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTITY TO CONFIRM WHO YOU ARE.
